97 Days!
It's funny - whenever I make long-term goals or plans, I always forget to account for the fact that occasionally, you lose a day for reasons outside of your control. I developed a headache around noon yesterday (somewhere between caffeine withdrawl and the dropping barometer) and ended up writing off most of the day.
So, I'm a gym visit behind, which I will try to make up tomorrow after work.
Today's Exercise:
100-Day Pyramid, Day 4: 96 push-ups [50+30+16], 4 sit-ups.
Reasonably happy to have cranked out 50 in a set; since this whole process is terribly unscientific, I'm not sure what this means.

99 Days
The weather was absolutely beautiful this afternoon, so I decided to ditch the gym after work and go for a bike ride. I figure, there will be enough rainy days to lift heavy things indoors; it's tough to argue with a sunny day in Toronto.
Today also marks the furthest I've ever ridden up the Don Valley Trail; I started from Queen Street and went almost as far north as Overlea Blvd before turning around to head back towards the lake. A few short hills helped for interval training; I'm going to have to start earlier in the day next time, and see how far the whole thing goes.
Today's Exercise:
19.22km bike ride;
100 Day Pyramid, Day 2: 98 push-ups [43+21+21+15], 2 sit-ups.
(The extra two push-ups can be considered a penalty for those who get distracted and forget how math works.)

100 days!
100 days until I leave my job, and go back to being a full-time student. Assuming that I'm going to be stupidly busy once school starts, I'm going to take advantage of my last 100 days, and see what kind of shape I can get myself into before textbooks, midterms and essays consume my life.
Today's exercise:
7.0km jog,
4 innings of baseball (rained out)
100 Day Pyramid, Day 1: 99 push-ups [40+25+20+14], one sit-up.
So, here we go.
